      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review and approve invoices and vouchers for compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
      - Oversee operations, modifications, and testing of the accounts payable module within the financial systems
      - Manage the processing of weekly and semi-annual check runs
      - Perform weekly reconciliations of open vouchers payable to the general ledger
      - Supervise and train accounts payable staff while maintaining operational efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Minimum of five years of related job experience
      - Minimum of two years of recent managerial experience
      - Strong working knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      - Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited college or university
      - Strong time management and organizational skills
      - Ability to manage and resolve recurring problems effectively
      - Knowledge of PeopleSoft and SAP Concur Invoice systems
      - Familiarity with County policies and procedures
