  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  - Provide timely responses to student inquiries and feedback on assignments

  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Earned terminal degree in Leadership, Higher Education, Research, or Community College
  - Minimum of 1 year experience in teaching and leadership within a formal educational setting, preferably in higher education
  - Demonstrated experience in developing online professional relationships
  - Evidence of professional research and/or creative endeavors in the field
  - Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills

  - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
