      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Track tasks assigned to team members and ensure timely follow-through
      - Update and manage the team task board, including lanes, statuses, and assignments
      - Prepare reports, memos, letters, documentation, and formatted deliverables
      - Schedule meetings, manage calendar changes, and coordinate logistics
      - Organize and maintain structured documentation repositories

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of administrative or operational support experience
      - Demonstrated ability to manage scheduling, meeting coordination, and note-taking
      - Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data cleaning and organizing datasets
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience supporting senior directors, VPs, or executive-level leadership
      - Familiarity with MS Project, Visio, or SharePoint
      - Experience in data cleanup and data quality assurance
      - Experience with task automation tools (e.g., Power Automate)
      - Basic familiarity with Power Apps
