      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide direct support to Construction Coordinators as requested
      - Participate in all phases of a project by collecting, arranging, and compiling data into comprehensive AS BUILT packets
      - Act as part of the check and balance system for the Finance Department by comparing data from production maps versus billed amounts
      - Advise Construction Coordinators on under or over-billed production codes to reconcile construction projects with clients
      - Maintain and update in-house records and spreadsheets to ensure current statuses on construction projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - 1-3 years of cable construction experience
      - 1-3 years of administrative experience
      - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Smartsheet
      - Ability to read and understand construction drawings

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working independently on assigned tasks and accepting direction on given assignments
      - Knowledge of the physical construction and design of aerial and underground cable plants, including coax and fiber
      - Excellent organizational and time management skills
      - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
