What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute paid media strategies across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and Pinterest based on client needs
- Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with the creative team on visuals
- Monitor ad performance daily, implementing data-backed optimizations in real time
- Analyze results and report on performance with clear insights and actionable next steps
- Stay updated on platform changes, best practices, and emerging trends
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing paid ads with a proven track record of strong results
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads; knowledge of LinkedIn and Pinterest is a plus
- Deep understanding of audience targeting, testing frameworks, and conversion optimization
- Strong copy instincts with the ability to create engaging content that drives clicks
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Experience working independently and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Familiarity with data interpretation and the ability to translate it into actionable steps
