      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate target accounts and expand existing customer relationships
      - Build and manage a strategic pipeline of opportunities related to the Aerospace and Defense industry
      - Identify and qualify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building
      - Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment with customer needs
      - Track and manage sales pipeline, forecast revenue accurately, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering, Business, or related field
      - Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a technical services or engineering consulting environment
      - Demonstrated track record of sales success in the Aerospace and Defense industry
      - Strong ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
      - U.S. Citizenship required due to the nature of client engagements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior success in growing new territories or launching service offerings in new verticals
      - Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret technical requirements and align them to service-based solutions
      - Excellent presentation, proposal development, and client-facing communication skills
      - Self-driven with a consultative sales approach and a track record of building long-term customer relationships
      - Proficiency in Microsoft 365, CRM tools, and virtual collaboration platforms
