      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and negotiate third-party agreements for major capital transitway projects
      - Coordinate with external stakeholders, including counties, cities, and utility companies, regarding agreement tracking and development
      - Maintain documentation systems for agreements and monitor their status and compliance
      - Communicate effectively with project management and legal teams about agreement progress and requirements
      - Assist in resolving issues related to agreements and support other team members as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma/GED with eight (8) years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with six (6) years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with four (4) years of experience in agreement or contract development, negotiation, and administration
      - Experience in project management and agreement development
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to build professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with diverse communities and understanding their needs
      - Knowledge of Federal Capital Investment Grants Program processes and compliance
      - Background in contracts and project management within a government agency
      - Experience drafting amendments to contracts and agreements
      - Familiarity with cooperative funding agreements and grant management
