What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage full-cycle sales for the employer's population health AI portfolio within the assigned territory
- Develop and execute a territory business plan aligning AI use-cases with target accounts and enterprise imaging strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with executive and clinical stakeholders at hospitals and large imaging providers
- Collaborate with internal teams to create value proposals and solution configurations
- Oversee pipeline management and forecasting, ensuring accuracy with CRM tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8-10 years of quota-carrying experience in healthcare technology, medical imaging, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience selling into hospitals or large imaging providers with complex deals
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding a $1.5M+ annual quota
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS) is a plus
- Willingness to travel within the territory (up to 50-60%)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience selling software/SaaS, AI, or enterprise imaging solutions
- Familiarity with radiology workflow and enterprise imaging systems
- Strong financial acumen and ability to present ROI/value-based selling arguments
- Comfort in engaging with C-level executives and clinical leaders
- Curiosity and adaptability in a high-growth, evolving market environment
