      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide hands-on coaching and training to sales teammates on the effective use of AI tools throughout the sales cycle
      - Analyze user engagement and performance data to identify coaching opportunities and develop targeted training programs
      - Maintain open communication with sales leadership to ensure understanding and address concerns regarding AI adoption
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI tool use with overall business objectives and sales methodologies
      - Facilitate discussions about new AI features and best practices to encourage engagement from the sales team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales coaching, or B2B sales
      - Practical experience using and coaching others on AI tools in a professional sales environment
      - Proven track record of success in B2B sales, including account management experience
      - Ability to quickly learn and articulate the value of emerging AI technologies
      - Strong leadership orientation with a commitment to teamwork and results

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in quota-carrying B2B sales roles
      - Familiarity with sales enablement strategies and best practices
      - A growth mindset and motivation for continuous improvement
      - Previous experience in coaching or training sales teams
      - Ability to simplify technical concepts into actionable sales strategies
