      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide comprehensive support to behavioral health clinical teams to enhance member engagement and quality care
      - Conduct outreach to educate members about specialty programs and encourage participation
      - Assist members in locating services and facilitate follow-up calls
      - Collect information on patient progress and adherence to treatment plans
      - Handle various administrative tasks, including provider searches and transitioning care requests

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health care
      - Previous customer service experience
      - Proficiency in computer skills, including navigating multiple systems and keyboarding
      - Educational requirement: Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in managed care
      - Background in psychology or social services
