      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Advise on provisions to minimize safety risks associated with driving
      - Coach drivers on their driving behaviors using remote technology and in-person training
      - Monitor safety-related incidents and propose corrective actions
      - Collaborate with managers to ensure compliance and identify safety issues
      - Provide classroom instruction and in-the-car training for drivers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - Authorization to work in the United States
      - A valid driver's license with an excellent driving record
      - Proven experience as a safety specialist or a degree in a related field
      - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to communicate effectively with leadership

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated passion and experience in driver training and evaluation
      - Comfort with public speaking to large groups
      - Experience in intervening when unsafe acts are observed
