      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Exercise incident handling processes across Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms
      - Perform basic malware analysis
      - Develop and improve processes for incident detection and execution of countermeasures
      - Produce high-quality written and verbal communications, recommendations, and findings to customer management
      - Demonstrate industry thought leadership through blog posts, CrowdCasts, and other public speaking events

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be willing to work a 4x10 schedule, including a day on the weekend
      - This role is only open to U.S. citizens and Green Card holders
      - Experience in incident handling, computer forensic analysis, or systems administration
      - Strong project management skills
      - BA or BS / MA or MS degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field, or relevant work experience and/or training

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with malware analysis and network forensic analysis
      - Knowledge of programming/scripting languages such as Python, C#, or Ruby on Rails
      - Previous experience in incident remediation and secure network architecture
      - Ability to foster a positive work environment and attitude
      - Desire to grow and expand both technical and soft skills
