      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Become an expert in sales policies and compensation processes to maximize their effectiveness
      - Optimize internal processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency in variable compensation administration
      - Manage and resolve inquiries while ensuring exceptional customer service
      - Support data collection, analysis, and visualization projects for new initiatives
      - Monitor project statuses and provide updates to leadership on risks and issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2+ years of experience in business operations, finance, sales/revenue operations, or customer success management
      - Understanding of standard business practices related to Sales and/or Customer Success processes
      - Proven detail-oriented approach with the ability to self-motivate and follow through on projects
      - Experience with incentive compensation design and execution
      - Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL or Tableau
      - Background in management consulting related to sales or customer success processes
      - Proven ability to leverage technology to automate and streamline processes
