What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements across multiple environments
- Configure Salesforce applications to meet business needs and maintain system integrity
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring effective communication
- Develop test cases and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Build dashboards and reports using Salesforce reporting tools to provide actionable insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Certification
- Familiarity with integrations (SAP, EDI, Mulesoft) and analytics concepts
- Previous Salesforce development experience
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools
- Technical knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and APIs
