What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with various business units to use analytical insights for strategic decision-making
- Provide analytic support through hands-on Excel work and other tools like SQL and Tableau
- Identify actionable insights and communicate results to cross-functional teams
- Create Tableau dashboards to visualize KPIs and business trends
- Influence business direction through sound business judgment and recommendations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Math, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant business experience with a focus on analytical problem-solving
- Experience with various business models and functions
- Proficient in Excel modeling; SQL experience is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication and collaboration
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Python and Google Analytics
- Familiarity with marketing effectiveness analysis
- Ability to engage effectively with executive management and front-line employees
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on data analysis
