      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with business owners and analytics leaders to define project goals and advocate for shared vision
      - Manage program operations and lead complex, multi-stakeholder project management
      - Write detailed user stories for new features and manage sprints and backlogs in Jira
      - Develop short- and long-term roadmaps to maximize value with minimal risk
      - Support teams in delivering new analyses and complex data products

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 6 years of analytics, product management, or similar technology experience in healthcare organizations, product development, or SaaS platforms
      - Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA
      - Experience writing clear specifications, technical documentation, and user stories
      - Excellent organizational and communication skills with a strong emphasis on problem-solving
      - Track record of working in cross-functional teams, ideally in an analytics context

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience participating in Agile/Scrum teams or using Agile methodology in product development
      - Familiarity with analytics methods such as predictive modeling, machine learning, and financial analysis
      - Basic knowledge of coding languages such as SQL, Python, or R
      - Experience in value-based care, especially with Medicare ACOs and Medicare Advantage
      - Experience conducting user research and evaluating workflows
