What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage customer accounts and generate new business opportunities
- Conduct sales presentations and meet with customers to assess their needs
- Liaise between customers and the employer regarding product updates and pricing

- Prepare sales and marketing reports while maintaining customer account information

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing with a focus on milling, turning, and grooving
- Knowledge of tooling and manufacturing processes
- Proven ability to assist customers with application and processing of parts
- Experience in account management and developing new customer relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and effective communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in designing special tools
- Job shop experience is highly regarded
- Degree in sales and marketing or related field is advantageous
- Strong people skills and an outgoing personality
- Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure
