What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct over 200 outbound calls daily to potential clients using an auto dialer
- Follow a structured routine and script during client conversations to ensure consistency
- Participate in regular sales meetings and coaching sessions for continuous improvement
- Maintain integrity by assessing client fit for the program and making ethical decisions
- Collaborate with a team that is passionate about helping women find love
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a reliable phone and daily internet access
- Willingness to accept coaching and feedback for personal and professional growth
- Strong phone presence and ability to engage with clients authentically
- Methodical approach to work, with comfort in routine and detail-oriented tasks
- Commitment to a long-term role within the organization
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a sales or appointment-setting role
- Positive attitude and ability to build rapport easily with clients
- Experience in customer service or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets or goals
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
