What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage day-to-day operational accounting activities, including accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP)
- Set up and maintain accurate customer records and generate invoices for AR
- Monitor aging reports and conduct proactive outreach regarding overdue balances
- Verify, enter, and process vendor invoices and prepare payment runs for AP
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper accounting treatment and support business transactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a corporate accounting function (AR, AP, billing)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience using NetSuite preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

- Experience with revenue cycle management (RCM) billings and medical claims management
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills with good interpersonal abilities
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy
- Background in improving operational accounting processes
