      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide support at various customer locations in downtown San Francisco and San Rafael
      - Assist with mail, shipping & receiving, copy/production center, reception, hospitality, and conference room setups
      - Adapt to different customer environments and work independently or collaboratively
      - Absorb training effectively by taking notes and asking questions
      - Perform physical tasks, including extensive standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Previous customer service experience
      - Ability to adapt to different work environments, including law firms and corporate offices
      - Flexibility to be rerouted to different locations before shifts
      - Capacity to work independently or as part of a team
      - Ability to lift 50 pounds without assistance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a customer service role within a fast-paced environment
      - Familiarity with mail, shipping, and reception services
      - Strong initiative and ability to take direction during training
      - Previous experience in diverse work settings
