What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary owner of serialization and asset tracking processes for service- and warranty-relevant equipment and components
- Maintain accurate serialization records, ensuring correct identification and tracking of assets linked to customer sites and warranty coverage
- Ensure serialized asset data is captured within enterprise systems to support billing and warranty validation
- Collaborate with Service, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to support asset identification during service events and repairs
- Support Finance and Customer Operations by ensuring serialized asset data aligns with invoicing and internal financial controls
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred in supply chain management, industrial engineering, information systems, operations management, or a related field; equivalent relevant work experience may be considered
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in asset tracking, serialization, service operations, warranty administration, or related roles
- Experience with enterprise systems (ERP, service management, or tracking systems); SAP experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and validate large volumes of data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative mindset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with reporting or analytics tools is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and a structured, process-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams
