      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in developing and executing merchandising strategies to maximize opportunities and meet financial goals
      - Collaborate with the buying team to ensure a cohesive product assortment based on client preferences and market trends
      - Conduct research on product availability, pricing, and vendor relationships to support the buying process
      - Monitor and analyze inventory levels and sales data to ensure optimal stock levels and product assortment
      - Build and maintain strong partnerships with cross-functional teams and vendors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a women's buying or merchandising role
      - Experience with all aspects of the product lifecycle, from concept to vendor negotiations
      - Strong understanding of retail math and business metrics
      - Proficiency in Google Workplace Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
      - Strong oral and written communication skills
