      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide direct clinical care, including individual and group psychotherapy, assessment, and consultation
      - Teach undergraduate and possibly graduate courses, as well as supervise Clinical Psychology PhD students
      - Collaborate with community agencies contracted with the clinic for additional outreach
      - Participate in resident and online instruction, alongside normal university service duties
      - Engage in the integration of research and practice within clinical training

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Doctorate in Clinical or Counseling Psychology or a related field
      - Eligibility for licensure within 90 days of hire
      - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and mental health law
      - Strong interest in the integration of science and practice in clinical settings
      - Commitment to inclusion in clinical practice, teaching, and supervision

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in direct clinical care within a community mental health setting
      - Familiarity with teaching at the undergraduate or graduate level
      - Active engagement in research related to clinical psychology
      - Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion in professional practice
      - Previous experience supervising graduate students in clinical settings
