      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Teach courses as determined in collaboration with the Program Director
      - Enhance teaching and mentoring activities within the School of Physical and Occupational Therapy
      - Develop and maintain a scholarly agenda, including peer-reviewed publications and presentations
      - Participate in university, community, and professional service activities
      - Communicate effectively with diverse groups, including students and faculty

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Terminal academic doctorate (Ph.D., DSc, Ed.D., etc.) or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (DPT or tDPT)
      - If a physical therapist, must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Ohio
      - Evidence of a scholarly agenda, including peer-reviewed publications or presentations
      - Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in both written and oral formats
      - Experience with detail-oriented tasks and maintaining confidentiality

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience teaching in relevant areas such as anatomy, orthopedics, or evidence-based practice
      - Certification credentials appropriate for teaching responsibilities
      - Experience teaching online courses
      - Strong computer skills and appreciation for technology integration in education
      - Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaborative teaching methods
