      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the college's financial health, including budget development and compliance
      - Manage day-to-day business operations, ensuring adherence to regulations and policies
      - Provide guidance on financial and administrative policies to college leadership
      - Serve as a liaison to external academic bodies and UAMS divisions
      - Manage HR issues, space management, procurement, and inventory tracking

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field
      - Seven (7) years of financial and administrative experience in an academic setting
      - Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
      - Strong advisory and collaborative communication skills
      - Technical proficiency with systems such as Workday and contract management tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in a related field
      - CPA license (either active or inactive)
      - Extensive experience in sensitive employee relations and compliance reporting
      - Proven leadership abilities in managing complex administrative operations
      - Familiarity with fund accounting principles
