      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the Community Engagement & Outreach Division, setting vision and direction for operations and policy implementation
      - Develop and execute a strategic engagement strategy focused on historically underserved communities
      - Design and oversee community-centered initiatives and grants to improve outcomes and reduce disparities
      - Build partnerships with Tribes, local governments, and community organizations to enhance outreach efforts
      - Manage division budget and support the development of a diverse, high-performing team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of ten (10) years of education or experience in community and economic development, public/business administration, or a related field
      - At least five (5) years of public policy work experience
      - Four (4) years of management/leadership experience overseeing professional teams
      - Deep knowledge of community engagement principles and practices, particularly with historically excluded communities
      - Proven ability to lead teams and drive organizational effectiveness

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's or Master's degree in public/business administration, public policy, or a related field
      - Experience with state/local legislative processes and effective budgeting with public funds
      - Demonstrated expertise in public speaking, negotiation, and decision-making in fast-paced environments
