What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Travel to 3-4 LOVB clubs each month to conduct tailored coaching clinics
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative coach development programs
- Serve as a mentor and resource for Coaches of Coaches, fostering strong relationships
- Create and curate educational content for LOVB's intranet to support coach development
- Organize regional clinics and support inter-club visits for collaboration and learning
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong understanding of volleyball and familiarity with the volleyball community
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Highly organized team player with strategic thinking and execution capabilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to support the community
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus
- Experience in coaching or sports development roles
- Prior involvement in community outreach or sports initiatives
