      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee operations and clinical care in the Health Services Unit
      - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide administrative support and direction
      - Ensure health care delivery meets community and regulatory standards
      - Mentor and coach assigned staff, including participation in performance reviews
      - Identify and remove barriers to care for patients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must possess and maintain an active unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Wisconsin or another state in the Nurse Licensure Compact
      - Experience providing direct nursing care to patients
      - Experience in a leadership role such as Charge Nurse or Care Team Leader
      - Experience in providing education to staff and/or patients
      - Ability to perform physical requirements including lifting up to 40 lbs and manipulating tools for patient care

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a correctional health care environment
      - Knowledge of evidence-based practices in nursing care
      - Familiarity with National Commission of Correctional Health Care (NCCHC) standards
      - Skills in conflict resolution and team collaboration
      - Certifications in specialized nursing areas
