What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1-3 years of retail management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a retail leadership role
- Familiarity with retail technology and sales floor operations
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire team members through coaching
