What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support strategies and processes to drive store sales and deliver results with a customer-centric mindset
- Recruit, hire, and develop highly productive Brand Associate and Expert teams
- Own assigned area of responsibility and implement action plans for efficiency
- Perform Service Leader duties and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
- Promote community involvement and leverage omni-channel resources for a frictionless customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of retail management experience, either current or former
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience utilizing retail technology
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and maneuver around various areas of the store
