- Contribute to departmental service and community outreach initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in criminal justice or a related field is required; terminal degree is desired
- Strong teaching skills and experience in higher education
- Proven ability to engage in scholarship and research
- Commitment to mentoring students and contributing to their success
- Active and faithful member of a congregation of the Churches of Christ
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in developing interdisciplinary tracks in criminal justice
- Background in law enforcement or related fields
- Familiarity with current trends and issues in criminal justice
- Experience in community service or outreach related to criminal justice education
- Strong commitment to the Christian mission and values of the university
