What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Teach an online master's course focused on negotiations and conflict resolution
- Develop course materials, including a course website and instructional videos, before January 2026
- Facilitate both asynchronous and synchronous online classes with recorded lectures and live discussions
- Design role-playing exercises to enhance students' negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback on assignments and participation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Doctorate in Human Resources or Organizational Behavior
- Successful experience teaching similar courses in an online format
- Graduate degree in a relevant field related to teaching management
- Strong background in developing course materials and instructional design
- Proven ability to engage students in an online learning environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with online teaching platforms and instructional technology
- Previous teaching evaluations demonstrating effectiveness in course delivery
- Syllabi for courses related to "Negotiations and Conflict Resolution"
- Strong communication skills and ability to foster an interactive online classroom environment
