What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct research and establish a high-quality, externally funded research program
- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Artificial Intelligence and other related subjects

- Collaborate with faculty and research institutions such as NASA Langley and DOE's Jefferson Lab
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A Ph.D. in Computer Science or a closely related field by August 10, 2026
- Proven strong research record in Computer Science
- Commitment to quality teaching and mentoring students
- Ability to teach compelling courses in Artificial Intelligence and related areas
- Experience in developing and maintaining a vibrant research program
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in interdisciplinary collaboration within academic or research settings
- Background in securing research funding or grants
- Demonstrated ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds
- Involvement in professional organizations related to Computer Science
- Publications in reputable journals or conferences in the field of AI
