What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Property Manager with overall operations including maintenance, lease administration, budgeting, and collections
- Provide superior customer service to enhance resident satisfaction and increase renewals
- Complete lease and renewal paperwork to ensure compliance with company standards
- Maintain effective on-site staff through interviewing, hiring, and coaching as necessary
- Manage and maintain all aspects of the community budget and finances
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma, GED, or Technical/Vocational school required
- Minimum of 3 years of Property Management experience
- At least 1 year of Management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience in a fast-paced property management environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team effectively
