      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the strategic direction and execution of the underwriting operational strategy for casualty and casualty large accounts portfolios
      - Analyze performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations for business improvement to executive management
      - Collaborate with corporate underwriting departments to establish strategy and appetite for the company
      - Manage the development and implementation of operational objectives to achieve company growth and profitability goals
      - Conduct quality control assessments including audits and performance reviews of underwriting teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in an insurance or business-related field, or equivalent relevant experience
      - Ten years of commercial casualty underwriting experience in progressively responsible roles
      - Insurance certifications such as CPCU, ARM, AU, or CIC
      - Superior knowledge of underwriting techniques, policies, products, and forms
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational skills

      - Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
