What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process vendor invoices in Sage Intacct, ensuring accurate GL coding and departmental allocation
- Route invoices through Zip (ZipHQ) for proper approval workflows and perform 2-way and 3-way matching against purchase orders
- Assist with vendor onboarding documentation and respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status
- Support month-end accruals and close activities, including AP aging analysis and vendor statement reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and escalate discrepancies as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2–4 years of accounts payable or accounting experience
- Experience using Zip (ZipHQ) or other procurement workflow tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Sage Intacct strongly preferred
