  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Process and validate invoices for payment in accordance with approved AP/Finance programs
  - Research and resolve any invoice discrepancies effectively and timely
  - Prepare journal entries as part of the month-end closing process
  - Document and resolve supplier quality and performance issues using KPIs
  - Assist with additional projects as directed by management
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent related experience or training
  - 0-2 years’ experience in Finance, Accounts Payable, or a related field
  - Ability to leverage computer software programs, specifically SAP or a comparable ERP solution
  - Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual/multilingual skills are desirable
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - 2-4 years’ experience in Finance, Accounts Payable, or a related field
  - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities or projects
  - Experience influencing management and building teams
  - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  - Strong planning and organizational skills
