      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - 5+ years of customer support/retention management experience in the Medicare or related space
      - Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and improving key performance metrics
      - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
      - Availability to work shifts that may include nights, weekends, and travel up to 20% of the time

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong technical experience with CRM tools (e.g., SalesForce) or data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI)
      - Experience in startup environments or innovation-focused roles
      - Prior experience in sales and leading a sales team
      - Change management certification
      - Bilingual proficiency
