      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead, motivate, coach, and develop a diverse team focused on access and fulfillment in Immunology healthcare provider accounts
      - Manage a team of up to 10 direct reports to enhance patient access and fulfillment related to therapy
      - Develop and execute strategic planning for team operations in a fast-paced environment
      - Foster communication across various departments to support patient access and care
      - Manage and allocate budget in alignment with team objectives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree is required; MBA or other related graduate-level degree preferred
      - Knowledge of reimbursement principles including pharmacy and medical benefit design, coding, billing, prior authorization, and appeals processes
      - Proven capabilities and performance success in prior roles
      - A valid Driver's License in one of the 50 United States
      - Minimum of 8 years of healthcare business-related experience required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - MBA or other advanced degree/relevant certifications preferred
      - Experience in developing and executing customer-oriented strategies
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Experience in the Immunology space
      - 3+ years of direct people management/leadership experience
