      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage multiple applications, systems, networks, and telecommunications activities
      - Serve as the key technical contact between infrastructure support teams, customers, vendors, and management
      - Maintain records and databases regarding licenses, warranties, and service agreements for hardware and software
      - Monitor technological advancements to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with industry standards
      - Oversee IT procurement and inventory management within the department

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma with 2 years of IT job-specific experience, Telecom, or other relevant job experience
      - Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment
      - Ability to manage and analyze technical problems in telecommunications
      - Strong organizational skills for tracking IT asset portfolios
      - Familiarity with emerging technologies that align with organizational goals

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
      - A+ Certification, MTA, MCSA, or MCSE
      - Proficiency in MS Office Tools: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and/or Microsoft Project
