      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a support liaison between the employer's Support business unit and customers for both functional and technical support of the Hospitality product lines
      - Provide courteous customer service in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with existing procedures
      - Respond to incidents, interpret queries and problems, and utilize available support materials to resolve issues
      - Maintain effective customer communications, managing expectations through clear negotiation and diplomacy
      - Proactively keep customers informed about problem resolution to enhance satisfaction and retention

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience working in customer service or support
      - Experience identifying and evaluating possible solutions for product-related questions
      - Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift, including weekends and holidays
      - US Citizenship is required due to US Government contract requirements
      - Experience with operating environments

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Hospitality industry experience related to check-in/out, accounting, and/or reporting
      - Experience using SQL
      - Experience with technical support of cloud applications
      - Familiarity with remote desktop tools such as Webex or SecureLink
      - Experience using a CRM like ServiceNow to log work cases
