What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and deliver on agent training needs through constant immersion in the contact center
- Develop and deliver energetic and engaging training, meetings, and huddles
- Handle inbound sales support calls alongside agents, providing need-based sales solutions
- Manage the agent-facing learning library, updating materials as needed
- Provide on-site training and education, including group training and side-by-side coaching
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of telecommunications call center experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in presentation and training curriculum development
- Proficiency in audience-driven content creation, especially Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills to engage with employees at all levels
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines for various partners, both internal and external
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in QA and/or QA leadership
- Competency in Trello
- Strong computer proficiency with web conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, WebEx, MS Teams) and A/V setup
