What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform scheduled daily reviews of ATM hardware and software management platforms to identify maintenance needs
- Review internal and external requests to support ATM performance and end-user service needs
- Triage hardware and software issues and open service calls as necessary
- Manage service calls assigned to providers, ensuring completion in accordance with service agreements and company KPIs
- Conduct weekly assessments of ATM camera angles to ensure compliance with government regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one year in an ATM technical service role, either in a field or call center environment
- Working knowledge of Kaba Mas locks is preferred
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong professional communication skills, both oral and written

- Basic understanding of cryptocurrency
- Experience in a customer service-oriented role within the technology sector
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in financial services
