  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Perform scheduled daily reviews of ATM hardware and software management platforms to identify maintenance needs
  - Review internal and external requests to support ATM performance and end-user service requirements
  - Triage hardware and software issues, opening service calls as necessary
  - Manage service calls to completion in line with master service agreements and company KPIs
  - Assess ATM camera angles weekly to ensure compliance with government regulatory requirements
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of one year experience in an ATM technical service role, either in a field or call center environment
  - Working knowledge of Kaba Mas locks is preferred
  - Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
  - Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks and shift priorities in a fast-paced environment
  - Strong professional communication skills, both oral and written
