JOB DESCRIPTION:

HealthMark Group is growing and looking for bright, energetic, and motivated candidates to join our team. Our Seasonal Audit Processing Specialist role involves entering data from various sources into the company computer system for processing and management. This role involves working daily with confidential information within various EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems.

Type of Role: FULL-TIME (Seasonal 3 months with potential extension to 6 months with performance qualifications met)

Must be able to work hours 10:00am-7:00pm CT.

Location: Fully Remote but must reside in Texas

Entry level job duties include but not limited to:

• Preparing and sorting documents for data entry and request completion
• Identifying client and patient matches within our computer system
• Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted
• Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
• Recording any relevant notes on specific requests for further/proper handling throughout the request life cycle
• Identifying and accurately classifying each request
• Working quickly to meet the high-volume demand
• Reporting workloads directly to team lead

Requirements:

• Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs including the Microsoft suite
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of grammar and punctuation
• Ability to work to time constraints
