What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer high call volumes and respond to customer requests in a timely manner
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using various applications, including AS400 and Salesforce
- Process insurance endorsements and provide product/service information to customers
- Educate customers about the insurance industry and assist them in completing applications
- De-escalate complaints and maintain expected performance levels while meeting KPIs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of call center experience or two years in a customer service environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Property and Casualty Insurance license within 30 days of employment
- Proficient reading, writing, and math skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook; data entry skills with a typing speed of 35 wpm
