  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Lead services for integrated administrative solutions for colleges and universities, focusing on configuration, conversion, implementation, testing, and deployment of Banner Student solutions
  - Deliver high-quality services while adapting to evolving technologies and methodologies
  - Bridge functional and technical aspects of client solutions to meet business objectives
  - Collaborate with Professional Services teams to enhance processes and promote best practices
  - Ensure customer satisfaction, project goal achievement, and utilization targets
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 3-5 years of experience with Banner, including implementation and deployment in key modules
  - Bachelor's degree
  - Strong communication and presentation skills for both internal and external stakeholders
  - Problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis
  - Effective prioritization and multitasking abilities to meet deadlines
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience with consortium or system-wide models and state regulations (CA, TX, FL, NY)
  - Functional experience with Colleague modules, including Core, Finance, Financial Aid, HR, Payroll, and Reporting tools
  - Knowledge of Client Recruit, Self-Service, Ethos Integration, Elevate, and Colleague
