What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Greet guests warmly, providing a seamless check-in experience
- Educate guests on sauna etiquette, hydrotherapy benefits, and house policies
- Anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bathhouse
- Assist guests with retail selections and wellness-focused amenities
