      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience with the same employer
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
      - Demonstrated job stability in previous roles
      - Strong customer service and empathy skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a call center environment
      - Familiarity with handling consumer inquiries and authorization processes
      - Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules
      - Strong problem-solving skills
      - Effective communication skills in both Spanish and English
