What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer needs while adhering to service level standards
- Create and manage follow-ups for Long-Term Care leads and personal care service requests in Salesforce
- Schedule appointments for intake nurses and entitlement advocates, ensuring timely coordination
- Document all calls and outcomes accurately in electronic databases
- Troubleshoot and follow up on Long-Term Care enrollment rejections
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Fluency in English and an additional language
- Member or customer service experience
- Availability to work an 8.5-hour shift based on business needs
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with Medicare or Medicaid managed care products
- Associate degree or higher from an accredited institution
- Extensive call center experience with telemarketing responsibilities in a healthcare environment
- Knowledge of Healthfirst products, such as Complete Care and Senior Health Partners
- Experience engaging with the elderly or frail adult population
